Although it is such a simple dessert that when we were little we ate it so often, now I rarely make it and I don't understand why :)). It's true that when it's hard we can stop eating one or two pieces, so it's better less often.

  • 3 dogs flour
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups milk (we measure with the same cup with which we measured flour)
  • 2 water dogs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 jar of apricot jam
  • 1/2 jar of plum jam

Servings: 16

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with jam:

In a bowl beat whole eggs with a whisk, along with salt powder and sugar.

Then gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder, alternating with milk.

Finally add the oil and water.

Heat a special pan for pancakes and put a polish from the pancake dough (Teflon pan that I have especially for pancakes does not require oiling). Turn the pancake on the other side for a few seconds until fried.

Remove the pancakes on a plate and then grease them with plum, apricot or any other jam you like.
