Making a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese:

Step 1: prepare the dill.

Dill thoroughly washed under running water, shake off excess liquid and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and pour into a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the parsley.

With parsley, we do the same procedure as with dill: wash, dry and chop. Then pour the component into a separate free plate.

In the end, move the component into the medium bowl and proceed to the preparation of the vegetables.

Step 5: prepare the cucumbers.

Thoroughly rinse the cucumbers under running water and spread on a cutting board. With a knife, remove the edges and then cut into thick circles, a crescent, or even cubes in general. Important: if the vegetables have a thick peel, then be sure to get rid of it, as it can ruin the taste of the salad. Shredded cucumbers are transferred to a common container.

Step 6: prepare the tomatoes.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running warm water and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the place to which the tail was attached. Next, cut the vegetables into large pieces (no more than 1 centimeter long) and immediately move it into a bowl with other components.

Step 7: prepare the Adyghe cheese.

In fact, we are currently preparing a salad that, with some ingredients, resembles a Greek dish (if you do not take into account the fact that we do not use olives).
