It's very hot outside, so I try to cook as fast as possible, simple and ... without extra heat :)
So the best option seems to me now the steamer, not just for. that the way of cooking is delicate and healthy, but also for that I do nothing but set it up and leave the kitchen ... where I come back only after hearing the beep :))
As I can't eat anything when it's extremely hot, here's what I served tonight: cous-cous with vegetables ... prepared in exactly 10 minutes!
- -100 g cous-cous
- -2 tomatoes
- -2 medium mushroom mushrooms
- -salt, pepper to taste
- -1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Wash the mushrooms and cut roughly. Wash the couscous and place it in the special rice cooker of the steamer. Add the vegetables, add a little salt and pepper and cover with water. Pour water into the special hole of the appliance and set for 10 minutes. After a while, the couscous has already absorbed all the water and swelled nicely. Pour the hot salad obtained in a bowl, add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve both hot and cold, decorated with a sprig of basil.
